Building a trusted relationship with a client can lead to lasting success. Understanding how an organisation works, the quirks and the personalities takes time and reaps rewards.

Over the course of a series of campaigns with South East Water we defined our relationship and developed lighthearted, memorable brand communications not traditionally associated with a utilities company.


Our ‘Taking Care of Business’ campaign centred around a tongue-in-cheek TVC to get customers thinking about how life would be different if South East Water wasn’t around, and the Solutions on Tap campaign took the issue of payment problems and flipped it to a more solutions-based approach.

We developed a positive language and a tone of voice for the brand that cut through – that’s a win.
