Creating a new integrated brand strategy for Victorias largest public health service. Employing 17,000 staff working under 70 distinct legacy brands across the entire life-span from newborn and children, to adults, the elderly, their families and carers.
In developing the branding we shifted the emphasis from Health to Monash to provide consistency and ownership. We developed an approachable identity system and visual language producing a system whereby individuality can be accommodated while being consistent with overarching brand identity.
